The trend to make a new use of industrial areas no longer in use is an interesting idea which makes it possible to give a new life to a part of the history of a place.

An example of this trend can be found in the Dutch city of Eindhoven, birth place of electonic giant Philips and it is in one of its plants no longer in use that  Radio Royaal has been created, a restaurant covering an area of 1300 square metres where some of the old machines used for Philps production have been kept, perfectly integrated with the furniture.
